October rainbow challenge - Week 1: Natural World - Friday: Blue
Boy did I have trouble today with the rainbow challenge, mainly because of my self-imposed extra thematic challenge. Amazing how there seem to be blue flowers everywhere when you don't want them.
Had a drink with a colleague at lunchtime, so couldn't get out then anyway and then by the time I left work, it was totally peeing down with what little light there was quickly disappearing.
As I walked through St James's Park, found this little clump of blueness - but could only get a picture by using the flash - something I never do!
I mooched up Regent Street after that looking at shops desultorily as I got more and more sodden. Didn't find anything to buy. But managed to try out some more long exposures.
