Rather adventurously, did a Pilates class at lunchtime - interesting, my hips didn't quite know what had hit them during the floor exercises. Hoping this may improve them .... Another novelty after lunch, meeting the acting Permanent Secretary and typing up her responses to staff during a webchat.
