Well the obvious choice for my pink drink for pink May. A pink lady cocktail - gin, Cointreau, lemon juice and grenadine. It was very pink, but of course it doesn't come out quite so pink in the photo so had to tint it slightly.
The glasses are vintage 80s - given to me for my 21st birthday in 1983.
Pink lady
45ml gin
25ml triple sec (Cointreau)
20ml lemon juice
Splash of grenadine
Mix all up with ice in a cocktail shaker and hey presto.
