Took this with me on hols but didn't finish it - though did a fair bit of reading in Italy, all our days in Vienna were chock full of sightseeing.
Interesting tale set in 20s Alaska, telling the story of a couple who'd moved out there to make a go of it in the wilderness - and the struggles they faced. But all based around the old Russian folk tale of the snow child.
Quite engrossing but somehow I never really took to it as much as I thought I ought to.
