Window Cleaning Anyone?

Today the 31 storey building next to our apartment building was my subject. Actually the 2 men abseiling down the building caught my attention. Taken from our 25th level balcony, I have highlighted the 2 people in the image. Looking at the full building, it is difficult to see the workers.
