Vaccinated

What a year it has been. Four colleagues and a daughter afflicted, two colleagues hospitalized, four personal long quarantines, a multitude of rapid tests and full tests, false positive tests, solitude, streaming television, canceled travel plans, business disruption, foggy eyeglasses, never seeing smiles, distancing, missing my friends. The end is approaching since Cathy and I got our vaccinations today.

I lost an aunt and know several who have had it, lost my job found a better one, and survived a horrid election. So I know what you mean.

@kjarn When the needle goes in, there is an overwhelming sense of relief....Glad you are getting #2. Mine was one and done (J&J). I feel a bit queasy today, nothing bad....
