Cooking shepherd's pie today. Wednesday is usually salmon day but couldn't get to the supermarket so have to make do with what's in the freezer. But I got greens to make it that much healthier and lots of it so it's all good. And no, I didn't use the chopping board but it's works well as a backdrop. I know you know what I mean :)
