Great, and beautiful, close up of a Forthsysia flower. Love the raindrups on it. Ours is blooming to , just for a few days and we have a promise of a nice spring week
Beautiful droplets on the flower, Bruni! It was worth the trouble. You should have had Hans holding the umbrella over you. :) You know that we were near eighty degrees yesterday .. and today is in the thirties. :(
@karenann Karen I meant the flower got wet...but yes I would get wet as long as the camera is protected.. can't believe how we changed again from absolutely gorgeous weather to the frigging cold. furnace is running constantley..it's sunny but so cold that we had ice on top of the water barrel. Hans is bored..he wanted to work in the garden...
Oh, lovely. The forsythia is blooming here too and yes, it's freezing, mainly because our bodies aren't used to it. I stayed inside by the fire today..
What a pretty little blossom! I guess mother nature is laughing and saying "Psych!" She sure had us fooled into thinking we were going to bypass the old "March comes in like a lion" phase and go straight to "Goes out like a lamb" phase. This will remind us that the warm weather will return at some point!
