We seem to enjoy a refreshing drink of this 100% pure pomegranate juice and since I'm thrifty I keep the empty bottles. they do come in handy at times. Hans drinks his coffee with a bit of condense milk. I like to store the rest of the milk in something and these little bottles come in handy. trying to get them clean afterwards isn't easy as the milk leaves a film even after several washings. (bottle not suitable for a dishwasher). so today I took plain table salt and put some into the bottle, a little hot water and viola a couple of shakes and the bottle was clean. if you look close you can see the salt bubbles in the bottle before I rinsed it. now I had to google salt for more household uses and see what I came up with. http://www.wisebread.com/21-uses-for-salt-besides-seasoning
I love this bottle and see why you would want to use it. You are so clever and nice to be able to clean the bottle with table salt. I will remember this as I have a few things that I can try this on.
@digitalrn Thanks Rick. I added "if you look close you can see the sale bubbles in the bottle. when Hans saw this picture told me I should've hadthe bottle on black instead of white..I guess he's right.
Oooh! Very cool pics and collage! Love the bubbles! I need salt now! I have some bottles that are hard to clean. Thanks for the useful tip as well as a great photo! :D
