Come and get it

Saw mom blackbird picking worms or/and insects and flying back to where the youngster was waiting. this time I thought I was sure they're blackbirds. our common grackles are also called blackbirds. now Ann @olivetreeann mentioned it looks more like a starling. oh so confusing. .I'm ready to give up and just call them all blackbirds.

They look like Starlings- sort of a black bird with shiny speckles. Great picture- it looks like Mama is scolding baby.

I've been old blackbirds are larger than grackles...but they always look the same to me. Good capture.
