Today we had a busy day. went to the mall before the stores open to do some fast walking for my program where I walk a mile in about 22 to 25 minutes to increase my pulse rate. afterwards some shopping, coffee/tea break in between and a visit at Grace's. home by 4.30 pm with a quick stop at a Chinese Restaurant to pick up dinner. today was cold and windy with intermittent rain.
I've been waiting to get back into a walking routine with my friend but I think I'm just going to do it by myself because she's not consistent. So bravo to you for keeping on task! Pretty flower- amazing to see them blooming so late in the season, isn't it?
@olivetreeann Ann I'm so lucky that Hans goes with me whenever he can. during the week we go to the gymnasium in town. free of charge. from 9-10 walking, next session is Yoga and another one called Tai Chi. on Mondays and Fridays we attend a Fall Prevention class in the afternoon. I hour - itinerary stretches, resistant training, cardio, etc. lots of fun. so you can imagine that my days are cut short by all this activity.
Nice shot, Bruni! This is a very lovely daisy! I can't believe it's not dead yet!! You are so lucky you can walk a mile. I can't even walk for longer than 10 minutes without my back seizing up and then I get immobile which is wicked painful. Sounds like you had an extremely busy day but cool you got a flower that isn't wilted! Fav
