Sharon Temple by bruni

Sharon Temple

I was on my way to Newmarket to run some errands when I passed the village of Sharon and saw the beautiful fall colors enhancing the Sharon Temple. of course I had to stop and take a picture.

A little history:
The Sharon Temple is an open-air museum site that was constructed in 1832 and designated as a National History Site of Canada in 1990.
Unique and impressive! Love the Fall foliage. a fav.

Cool building! Was it a religious building first, and then a museum or always a museum? Good shot Bruni!
