It became a habit of us to play an early game of mini golf most mornings.
We were the first ones to arrive and had the 18 holes all to ourselves. well we thought, when mother duck and her seven ducklings crossed over from the water's edge of the lake and dwadled along the corner and close to the hole.
We followed her around for quite awhile going into the greenery, climing on to some stones, always followed by all seven ducklings. it was so cute to see when the little one slide down the stone embankment and back on the greens.
We finished all 18 holes before finally a couple arrived to play a game.
I don't know how come we were so fortunate to have the place to ourselves and the time to enjoy the company of the mom and her ducklings. usually this place is very busy.

Times flies. For me it is +/- 50 years ago I saled the Elbe last time. In those time I was well know there and have vissit many places there. I`m pleased you did like and fav. the pic.
