I had a day out in London today with a friend. We went to see the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Exhibition at the Natural History Museum. It was very inspiring - especially the pictures taken by the young people. They showed amazing dedication. Each picture was displayed as a digital image with a description and details of the technical aspects of the photograph. The main picture shows the Natural history museum, top shows detail of the main doorway, middle shows the ceiling of the cafe, and bottom shows one of my favourite photos, taken at home from a postcard.
Thanks again for all your recent comments, I appreciate them all. I'm out this evening so will be slow to comment.
Don't we have some magnificent buildings, you forget until you see examples like this. sounds a great day & you will have learned things too from the exhibition.
You've been gadding about again Judith but it has resulted in a great collage. Lovely building with great architecture. They don't make buildings like that now!
I have the natural history museum on my list of places to visit :)
