....three potato four, do you remember the old rhyme? I planted my potatoes on Saturday. They say Good Friday is the best day for planting potatoes but it doesn't really make sense as Easter is different every year. Dig a trench, add manure, plant 9 inches apart, rake the soil over - job done.
