A French lunch

I've been going to a French class at the local U3A, and two of the ladies offered to provide a French lunch for the group. It turned out to be a beautifully warm and sunny day, so we sat in their lovely garden. Sadly very little of the talk was in French, but a good time was had by all.

Tres bon, madame. I studied French and got a great pass in my 'O' Level exam. I loved the language but had little opportunities to practice it. You make a lovely group here. Pity you didn't speak French during your informal meeting
