Frazzled fluff
I have never paid attention to what dandelion fluff looks like wet. This was after the rain. They look like thin tiny paint brushes to me.

It wasn't long. I walked outside when the rain stopped, noticed them, went in to grab my camera, and they were already starting to dry when I came back out.
First time I looked at them closely when wet
