I love all vegetables ( well... except lima beans). Now, anyway. When I was a kid I HATED the soggy-mushy, over-cooked mini cabbage looking things called Brussel sprouts.
Now I love them. Especially roasted, or sauteed, with bacon, how they are served at one of my favorite restaurants.
That is a lovely shot. Quite sumptuous. It is funny how Brussel Sprouts have caught on. Always thought they were kind of bitter. But properly prepared, the can be quite delightful.
