The facade is similar to lots of jails from the Victorian era, this one having opened in 1872. This was taken from the car park of LCH, I’ve made it “letterbox” to remove most of the parked cars & other obstacles.
I wonder if the cars belong to visitors to the prison.
I took a photo of Goulburn Super Max Prison a few years ago because I had just read a book about one of its inmates.
Not a good idea to take a photo outside Super Max on a Saturday morning as the relatives of the inmates are arriving to visit them. I took the picture and David kept the engine of the car running. ha ha.

I was trying to take photos in Stellenbosch yesterday. Every building had so many cars in front, I had to give it up.
