pumpkin season

It's almost Halloween, but even more, in Italy, it is time to cook with this excellent vegetable. Tortelli, soufflé, baked squash.

@wag864 thank you! I only cook the simplest recipes like risotto con la zucca, zucca slices in the oven with thyme, little zucca soufflés

Nice and colorful collection. I make pumpkin (abricot) jam and pumpkin suofflés and soup! Love them:-)
