@jacqbb It's not! The little chapel cannot be reached because of the high snow. It is an exceptional year for snow and great sunny days. If not for Covid it would be full of skiers, but now all the hotels, restaurants, skilifts, and huts are closed. For the locals it's a financial disaster.
@caterina Thank you for your explanation. It sure is dreadful that everything is closed at the moment. I hope as soon everyone has been vaccinated everything starts again.
Yes for tourisme and a lot of other people it is a disaster. And how much I would love to be there,... right there, standing in the cold, waiting for the cable car, that brings us to our favorite valley (we call it the hidden valley, instead of Lagazuoi. Always our favorite tour, with the horse ski lift at the end. Sigh,... but it's not the time, to complain, we just have to go through this. Stay safe and take care!
