Cappellacci di zucca by caterina

Cappellacci di zucca

This is the fate of the pulp of the pumpkin. Cappellacci (ugly hats) made daily off fresh pastry and filled with pumpkin and Parmesan cheese. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dress with melted butter and sage. Sprinkle abundant Parmesan cheese on top. Jack o lantern has completed his mission
Did you make those. Wow. You really are one multi-talented individual.

@caterina Well, I'm still impressed you knew the recipe. You already have the pumpkin pulp from your precious pumpkin autopsies. Who knows what the future holds?
