I attended an outdoor music festival on Sunday and had a blast shooting the bands. The ticket said no "professional" cameras, which means anything other than a cell phone but a friend of a friend arranged a pass so I could bring my camera in. The three bands I photographed, all Canadian bands, were Odds, Wide Mouth Mason and Loverboy. Perhaps some of you outside Canada have heard of Loverboy, they had some big hits in the 80's, but you most likely haven't heard of the other two. I shot something north of 500 images which meant a lot of sorting and culling. I will post a few of my favourites over the next several days.
Excellent shot! Great in B&W. Looking forward to more of them.
When my grandson was playing college football, every stadium had different rules on cameras. I got to one and was told my telephoto lens was too long. As I was trudging back to the car, a stadium employee offered to take the lens over the fence and meet me on the other side. I got my pictures!
