And now for something completely different. I love night photography. Now that it is warm enough you will probably see more of this. I took a course last year at one of our local schools and this was the best thing the guy taught me (what do you mean I have to buy a tripod?) - not into learning how to do weddings.....but this is magic to me.
Cathy, beautiful capture of our beautiful city - I love how you've caught all the soft light and the reflections. Good thing you went the evening you did before the rain set in!
I love this. So colorful and neat that you caught the bridge (one of them) and the pretty reflections in the water. Where did you take your class? They taught you well. I am hoping to take a class this year!
@amandalomonaco Thank you. I took the class at Scarlet Oaks. All of the "technical" schools around here offer the class. It was an eight week class for two hours. I really enjoyed most of it but not the part about wedding photography. I really have no interest in portraits. Probably because I have lousy luck with people.
@amandalomonaco I just remembered. Look up Brian Jorg's website. He is the horticulturist at the Cincinnati Zoo with a passion for photography. He offers classes that are a couple of hours one evening and a lot of fun. He does night work. You can also use a groupon.
Great job!
