We went to Parky's Farm last night for a fun October evening. We actually got to go on a hayride! I haven't done that in I don't know when. Last year we sat in a seated cart. This year we were right in the hay - which totally became the theme of the night when you are escorted by 2 1/2 year old great grandson Aiden. We toasted marshmallows and skirted around the ghosties. Then we found a John Deere tractor for him to ride on and he was in heaven.
This all sounds a wonderful day out for a small boy & a ride on a hay cart is very special. This ia such a lovely family photo!!! There was a little boy in front of me at church this morning...harvest festival & he so made me want to see my little grandson, almost the same age as Aiden !! Not long to go now, 8 weeks!!!
