It was gorgeous out today. It was 60 degrees and sunny. I had a meeting this morning and one this afternoon. But, in between, I had the dogs in the yard and was wandering around with the camera. This is the very dead flower of a climbing hydrangea. I really love the veining in the flower and the color scheme of this shot.
great detail

Really pretty. It doesn't look dead at all. I love the veins. They almost look translucent.
