This is a yellow Walking Iris. They grow on the side of our house and I love to look out my kitchen window and see them when they are in bloom. They are called Walking Iris because of their method of spreading and propagating.
@samae@shannejw@kork@jgpittenger@randystreat Thank you all so much for taking the time to comment. When the flower dies, the tall thin stalk bends towards the ground. Where it touches the ground it propagates a new plant. That's why it's called a Walking Iris.
