(Day 170) - Fruit Protector

Lately it’s been tough sitting on our patio with wasps visiting every few minutes. We thought maybe a wasp’s nest might be nearby (yikes!) so my dad did some research. Found out that this might be a lone type of wasp that rarely stings humans, plus they benefit plants by eating harmful insects, like aphids. Still not sure if he’s friend or foe but I’m sure the tree enjoys having a protector around.

Damn that's good. I read somewhere that bright colours on an insect mean poison or danger or something like that. . Not sure how true that is.
