(Day 333) - Fallen Crimson

While taking out the trash, I couldn't help but notice the rich, red color of this leaf. Looked around to see what tree it could have possible come from but the color didn't match any of them. Anyway, I wanted to position it in a spot that really highlighted the color. There was light shining through our fence which created this nice spotlight on the ground, just perfect for the leaf.
I love the starkness and the super sharp focus. Nicely done.

I believe that's a poinsettia leaf Chris. Love the deep red against the gray of the sidewalk!

I love the color pop here, Chris. The lighting and shadows work so well, too.

This is a perfect example of what this project does -- you are taking out the trash, but had an eye open for beauty around you. And you found it and captured it nicely!! wonderful picture
