I've really loving Macro March. It's helping to complete many of bucket list photos I've been wanting to try. This technique is done with oil and water. I've seen it done before but had to do some research online on how to accomplish it. Basically, you take a glass pan, fill it with water, and then put in some drops on cooking oil. Afterward, you can either wait for it to settle or stir it around a bit for some neat patterns. The background is another one of my colorful shots that I set the pan on top of. :)
