Alright! I did it! A full 30 days of macro photos! I must say it was a ton of fun collecting and shooting different things at the macro level! The idea in my head for my final image was quite different. What I really wanted was a splash on the top of the marble. No matter how hard I tried, just couldn't get the timing right. However, I did end up getting some cool looking shots like this. Love how splashing water can look solid, which makes it look as if it is connected to the marble. :D
@annika82 - Thanks Annika! Basically I add a small amount of water to the sink and when the water drop came down behind the marble, I took the picture. It just took a bunch of attempts to get the right look.
@briggsy - Thanks a bunch David! And the crown you caught was really awesome! Some days it works out and you happen to get good shots, other days the water drops don't cooperate. You just gotta keep on trying, take a bunch of shots and you might get something unexpectant!
