(Day 350) - Broccoli Has Fallen

Almost a year ago, at the beginning of this project, I photographed this tree. It's the same one that looked like broccoli to me: http://365project.org/cjphoto/365/2016-02-23

Thanks to all the rain and wind we recently had, it toppled over! Or maybe someone giant tried to eat it. Well, veggies are important. But the poor tree. :(

Oh no, that makes me sad! I love how there are so many different shades of green though. I've always called broccoli "trees" as well.

Thanks for all your condolences about this poor tree. I really liked seeing it in the park. It always seemed so study and firm. That spot is going to look very bare now. Hopefully they'll plant another.
