(Day 201) - Angel's Flight by cjphoto

(Day 201) - Angel's Flight

Today we have the historic Angel's Flight in Downtown Los Angeles. It was originally built in 1901, dubbing itself the worldโ€™s shortest railway.

Downtown LA is mostly flat but the next street over is called Bunker Hill due to its rise in elevation. So not only is Angel's Flight a fun tourist attraction, it also provides pedestrians a practical short ride up one Downtown LA's steepest hills for only $1.

CJ loves the color and says it looks like it could make a fun mini lego set! ๐ŸšŠ๐Ÿ˜„

@olivetreeann - That's a good idea! The little trams moving past each other and the striking orange color would be so cool.
