Ever since the beginning of my project I've kept an archive of all my titles and descriptions—all 10 years of them. Yeah, I'm just a really organized person. I keep these in case somehow I were to lose them on the site.
Also, I have another form with all of my favorite comments. Sometimes it's nice to go back and get some encouragement when I'm down. Thank you all for your positivity! 🤗
This list also helps me keep track of what "Day" I'm on. At the tail end, I usually write a little countdown. Oh wait!! I'm almost at my final day of my 10th year!!! With that in mind...
What! Seriously?? While I can completely understand you as an organized person because it shows in your photography, this is a level far beyond what I could have imagined!
Now you're scary... :) just kidding. But THAT organized???? If you saw my desk when it is freshly put in order, you would probably faint. I'm afraid to think what would happen to you when even I think it's too crowded :)
But after the now dreaded 'Final day' are you planning to quit 365?
Oh my goodness! I am at a loss for words! I understand wanting to keep track of everything but I think that is way more effort than I would be willing to put into it. I applaud you for your dedication and perseverance! I know when you say your last day you only mean your last day of your 10th year too........ don’t you?!
Oh no. This is a bit shame making for someone like me who has tons of miscellaneous photos, in random files, on a number of hard drives.
And at my age I think it is too late to mend my ways very effectively.
We are a bit alike in this way Chris. Although I keep a “log” (notebook ~ nothing as elaborate as your computer entries) I don’t actually write down my descriptions.

I've been planning to do something like this myself but as a series of collages in a photo album. I might now "steal" your idea but include a copy of the photo in the spreadsheet. Well done!!
