Taken on my phone. I heard a roar, saw a bow wave and witnessed a stuttering halt. The flood water on the road was three feet deep. What on earth? .... At least he had a phone signal. Not even a ford truck can swim in those waters. This flood is caused by overnight heavy rain. I did hear him call a mate to come and get him.
It's probably why car insurance has gone though the roof this year. Maybe if they said they wouldn't cover driving into floods people might be more careful
