A lovely morning walk through the woodland. This woodland was planted around 25 years ago on land where potatoes used to be grown so that it would not be developed. Local schoolchildren aptly named the woodland "Spud Wood". It's lovely to see how the trees have grown up over time. Volunteers do a lot of coppicing.
