Today is my 7th day of Round 2 of my clean eating program, and I decided to try another variation of the Roasted Veggie Power Bowl... this one has potatoes instead of brown rice; it works well for me because I love potatoes! (My protein for this meal is a Dr. Praeger's Veggie Burger... they are super yummy if you're hesitant about trying veggie burgers.)
I posted a similar picture on my Instagram to share with the other women on the program, and I actually received a huge compliment on my "food photography". I never actually considered it, but after using my phone to capture my meals, I think I should start using my camera instead. :)
