Don't know if it's the best or at least a good one because it's not my daily food, but I liked it !
Our friends who received us last week spoiled us and wanted to make us taste this....
It's very interesting how new places have become caviar producers. I was very surprise to find out about Uruguay, and it has been very successful. I didn't know about the French one.
@anazad511 to be honest it was the second time I tasted it so I cant compare, but it wasnt too salted, very soft and "fondant" (=melting)...I've heard that Iranians keep their caviar to maintain high prices...so if you want to have a chance to taste it once in your life I think a French one or an Uruguayan one could be ok and may be less expensive...why not ?
@steampowered I'm not a "connoisseur" neither, but if you offer me the opportunity (and the box of caviar from Caspian sea) to taste...i'll tell you...i promise ;)
so you now all have to taste !
