@maggiemae the identity cards are used to circulate in Europe only, I keep our passports only to go abroad...but as I spend my time between France Switzerland and Germany (in the same day sometimes) it's really useful, custom officers ask for it very often... :)
Ive got the same startled look on my driving licence ;) it's awful ;)
