A quick sketch in pencil of a branch of fledgling birds. I thought it turned out ok and took about 40 mins to complete.
It’s a gloomy day so have’nt been anywhere for a photo. The light is not good and we are still getting rain. We are needing the rain so not complaining, the lawn has not needed cutting for a few weeks it’s been so dry. Temps are 18c so not cold but you can tell autumn is here, flowers are dying and leaves turning, it’s not my favourite time of year.

This is so sweet and you are clever. I wish you could come and teach the kids at my school some sketching techniques! I love autumn with it’s warm calm weather (I don’t enjoy the summer heat).
I just came across this as I looked through the TT...What an artist you truly are! So beautifully drawn, but delightfully cheeky personalities shining through! It's wonderful!
