Just Cherries

Our poor old cherry tree has one living tiny branch the rest is cut back stump, it flowered this year and we have a few cherries. The birds have not found them yet, the blackbirds love them, they are edible and quite tangy. I do miss the tree and it's shade it gave the garden it died off a few years ago with some sort of virus which seemed to wipe out or weaken quite a few cherry trees in our area.
