Cornflowers

One from the middle of the month, it's raining here today again with temps of 12c, summer it is not!!
These cornflowers were growing between the cosmos and the poppies, such a pretty sight.

Very pretty. The cornflowers I grew this were very spindly and were more like trailing cornflowers......lovely colour though.

At least you can be consoled by many beautiful flowers like these. My garden is parched even with regular watering. Not a single flower showing.
