About the Vision category:
Vision exists in your imagination and is revealed your photographs; expressing something otherwise invisible. Developing a Vision for your work is showing to others what you see in your mind’s eye.
I intentionally framed the flag in the upper left corner so that it is above the crowd. I wanted to show the crowd as a blurry mass, if you squint, you can make out individuals. Tonight we marched as individuals together to uphold one of the values that our flag represents: the rule of law and that no one is above it.
I tried to focus on the flag but it’s hard to take a good photo while marching briskly. I also wanted to convey motion and the air of determination this evening.
I struggled with this weeks category so was curious to see others ideas. I like this very much. You’ve done well at conveying your story and its a very effective photo.
