we really need more close inspection but that could be a small scent gland. I love a mystery koala that keeps everyone guessing! :) it's not distinct enough to be sure, we need to see the definitive rounded evidence me thinks! fav

ok I just went back to the photo of when your tree was pruned - look at the pattern of pink (area of no pigmentation) on the nose of that koala and the pattern it makes in the nose compared to this one. They are 2 different koalas :D http://365project.org/cruiser/2016-year-3/2016-11-09
