a good day's work by cruiser

a good day's work

just some of the huge piles of branches etc that I have been accumulating with my blitz on the garden. Think we will have to pay someone to take it all away. Still quite a bit more to do.
We need a blitz on our garden too now the weather has cooled. David was out of action for a couple of months though when he tore a muscle in his back. He is up and running again now though.

@onewing it can really get away from you. Its either too hot or too wet in winter here so Autum and Spring are the times to get cracking

Your garden looks enormous Chris! I suppose you have to be very Careful with bonfires! We have green garden waste bins but this week the bin men refused to take ours as I had put some potato peelings in...no allowed so they left it!

@happypat not allowed to have bonfires anymore Pat and although we have two green waste bins collected a month they are never enough for a garden this size. We have four different bins, 2 for green waste, 1 for cardboard, hard plastic, tins and bottles, 1 for general rubbish and 1 for soft plastic like bread bags. South Australia does very well with recycling and we are all quite well trained.:)

@robz it will look good again once I can spend a bit of time in it before the winter rains. Love the old aggies they dont need any looking after.
