Today started out blue & sunny, so we headed for Wales.
Brecon Cathedral was our destination.
It;s a small Cathedral with a children's corner,
which went down well with my daughter.
During our visit the organist was rehearsing.
There were also lots of young people moving chairs.
Very much the feeling of a working cathedral.
As I wondered round, I was rather surprised to find a replica of 'The battle of Rorke's Drift ' http://www.rorkesdriftvc.com/battle/battle.htm
in close proximity to the war memorial.
The other great find of the day was a second hand book shop which I highly recommend!
