One of the first things to spring into action on our return was the washing machine.
2 weeks dirty washing = quite a few loads!
There was a launderette, but I have better things to do with my holiday, than worry about washing!
The earwig situation was the final straw!
No way was I hanging washing in my awning to get invaded by earwigs - eeeeeeeeeek
After hanging out a load of washing,
I wondered round the garden,
looking for something to take a photograph.
Sadly the garden is looking very yellow & dry,
one of the downsides to having good weather when you are on holiday!
I did manage to get this shot of the Lavender,
which still has a few respectable heads,
and was the best shot I had managed to take of it all summer!
