Today's expedition was to Northampton.
I last visited to town between 25 and 30 years ago on a bellringing outing, when my memory tells me we rang at All Saints, Holy Sepulchre, St Giles and St Peter's Churches.
Holy Sepulchre is only open on certain days in the summer. As it is one of 4 churches built as a circular church, it looks very iteresting and we plan to return.
This shot was taken inside All Saints, looking up at the underneath of a light fitting, with the detail around the cupola above visible.
I really loved the pattern and the detail added by the reflections, giving the effect of an iris.
I am claiming 'lines' one of the bonus words, as I wasn't inspired by Braille - sorry!
