July 22: Is this a new kind of trampoline?

This unusual building top caught my eye. It looks a bit like a trampoline on top of the building. In acutality, this is a way to light up the entry to an office complex in a shopping center. The building top looks unusual, but it functions well. The entry is well lit by the sunlight.
