I woke up at 5:00 in the morning with precipitation lashing at the window. The weather forecast called for snow followed by a wintry mix (snow, sleet, freezing rain). We had the reverse: a wintry mix followed by snow. We received less than two inches of this winter precipitation, but it was SLICK! It was much safer to stay inside to take this shot.
This shot is for the Flash of Red (BW) challenge. During this week, I will note the processing steps I used. For this image: 1. Crop, 2. Up the contrast, 3. Change the color to BW, 4, Up the contrast more.
